Seeking a dedicated, results driven professional with documented experience working on multiple large complex military optics programs to spearhead new and existing programs for a major player in the precision optics industry. Responsibilities: *** Manage all aspects of complex DoD or Military projects and programs in order to deliver needed business functionality. *** Coordinate cross-functional teams to gain agreement on project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risk and budget. *** Coordinate with all stakeholders, and other project managers, to develop detailed project plans and schedules. *** Must take into account a complex set of data & software dependencies, and shifting military needs. *** Align all stakeholders and mobilize necessary resources for each project to ensure complete and on-time delivery. *** Manage approved government projects through the full project lifecycle, including change requests, issues management, risk management, and status reporting. *** Provide detailed communication and status updates to the leadership of the business and technology organizations.
