Bowhead seeks a Technical Specialist to join our team in Mobile, AL. The Technical Specialist will serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for our customer regarding the resolution of technical, scientific or engineering issues that affect installation and utilization
of organization products or services. The Technical Specialist will research and propose changes in products and/or services to help reduce costs and increase sales. Qualified candidates will have experience preparing operating manuals, references and training
materials for customers and employees.
Creates custom reports for management using various systems.
Demonstrates capability to research and analyze potential opportunities, on occasion or as assigned. This may include researching overviews of opportunities, contract histories, financial overviews of executed orders, and analysis of released documentation
(SOW, previous RFP, etc.)
Trains staff on proper use of internal systems, forms, templates, and reports.
BA/BS in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing preferred in addition to a minimum of five to eight (5-8) years of experience in a similar, professional role
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the National Agency Check with Inquiries level. US Citizenship is a requirement for NACI clearance at this location.
