The Web Production Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining content across Wind Creek's digital channels, driving customer engagement as well as showcasing the brand effectively by providing engaging customer experiences with relevant and rich content.

Monitors site performance and quality to ensure consistency, accuracy and optimal experience across the web.

Duties And Responsibilities

Performs the production, publication and maintenance of digital materials for the brand including; websites, banners, promotional & paid search campaigns, emails, etc Performs browser testing, debugging, and other quality assurance tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy of content, and experiences on all devices Works collaboratively to assist in development of integrated campaigns that leverage digital media and align with brand standards and culture Edits approved assets provided by the Design Team for optimal web experience Works with various Wind Creek clients to coordinate content releases by utilizing all publishing and approvals guidelines Ensures all web content is current and accurate Assists in maintenance, and continual optimization of the website to ensure strong rankings among top search engines Collaborates with marketing and SEO team members to continually evolve Wind Creek's web presence Other duties as assigned Requirements

Job Requirements:

(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying) High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment Must be twenty- one (21) years of age or older Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field– required OR Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree Program in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field– required Proficient user in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint– required Experience with CMS platforms with understanding of backend features and responsive web design– preferred Working knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and other current development languages– preferred Competency with current industry standard graphics software, which must include Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat– preferred Experience testing, identifying and correcting website related technical problems across platforms and browsers Creative, resourceful, and innovative with strong attention to detail Effective researcher with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments while meeting deadlines Must be able to work independently or with a team and exhibit strong interpersonal skills Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments, external vendors and agencies, and have flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
