Customer Service Representative Department: Bowling Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Bowling Counter Manager and the Operations Manager. The primary concern of this position is to provide excellent customer service to all guests. The position must gain an overall knowledge of all service positions on the bowling/arcade/laser tag side. They must smile and greet every guest with enthusiasm. This person must be able and willing to complete each task on the checklist. This person must carry a great attitude and be willing to learn new things and take direction well. Additional Responsibilities: *know all POS systems * answer the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism.
