RN FULL TIME position with PTO and excellent hours and monthly bonus for Joint Commission Accredited Home Health Agency, locally owned and operated

The registered nurse is responsible for quality, adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff. The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to. We are looking to add enthusiastic members to join our independently owned and operated agency and see why we are described as caring, compassionate, and cheerful.
We have a large team of nurses who care for our clients throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties. We currently have several clients between both counties who require round:the:clock nursing, in the clients home, for one:on:one skilled care. We are looking for RNs who can work flexible, full:time schedules, typically a minimum of 3 consecutive days or 3 consecutive nights, for at least 36 hours per week. The RN would need to work at least 1 weekend per month and occasional limited holidays (holidays for which we pay time and 1/2), and would need to accept 12:hour shifts with both Mobile and Baldwin County clients, as they are assigned. Starting rate of pay is 25/hour. After every 4 weeks, the full:time RN will receive a 100 bonus IF the nurse has worked all scheduled shifts, without call offs, and has done the job appropriately and in accordance with our Core Values. After a successful 90:day probationary period, the nurse will begin to accrue PTO at a rate of up to 2 weeks per year.

Responsibilities
:Care for individual based on personalized Plan of Care and informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the clients conditions and needs
:Counsels client and family through care process while updating family on a regular basis
:Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
:Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care
Requirements
:Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided
:Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
