Job Description:/h3:
Handling of inquiries form prospective patient and referral sources over the phone. Schedule screening session and notify designated counseling staff member. Facilitate initial consultation with potential patients. Appropriately document on inquiry the action of crisis response inquiry process. Successfully complete the corporate crisis response:training seminar. Maintain information retrieval system as taught in the Crisis Training.
Entry Level Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, College helpful. Knowledge of chemical dependency desired. Knowledge of and experience in marketing desired. A knowledge/skill of computer data entry is desired. Must be able to interact with the professional community. Must have reliable transportation. Be available for 24 hour a day on call schedule. Must be self:motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
