Position Title: Sales Leader
Job Description: The Sales Leader is responsible for helping potential residents find a new home in one of our Communities. He/She will work with our Community Managers, Marketing Employees, and Regional leadership to achieve occupancy targets within a community. The individual in the Sales Leader role will be responsible for lead generation, activities such as developing and maintaining relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the market, participate in meetings and functions in the community to make connections and generate leads. The individual in this Sales Leader position will take the time to meet with potential residents and family members to tour our facilities and discuss the benefits of living in our community. This role is a mixture of inside and outside sales along with strategic/event marketing and heavy community outreach.
:Minimum of 3:5 years experience as a Sales Leader/Manager; Prior Retirement Community experience a huge plus
:Real estate, life insurance, and collegiate admission representative experience a plus
:Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
:Proven ability to work in a team setting and to provide strong customer service
:Strong supervision, coaching, and leadership skills to lead teams
:Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
:Must be strong with budgeting and hitting company goals
:Bachelors Degree a plus
