Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an experienced manager to join the team in the Mobile area. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day to day management of location staff and operations and will be tasked with ensuring revenue growth and staff development. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in the service industry with superior managerial skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, communication, and decision making skills.
The position offers a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities: The candidate must:
Manage all aspects of location operations including staff management, account development and marketing
:Supervise, monitor and assist branch staff through entire life cycle of customer orders
:Perform counter sales and customer service tasks
:Train and coach branch staff to achieve top performance, and develop employees for future growth
:Investigate and resolve any customer questions, problems or complaints
:Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to company headquarters regarding customer satisfaction and branch operations
Communicate all company goals to branch staff
Articulate a value proposition that directly addresses clients individual and distinct needs
:Create a friendly environment that keeps both customers and employees happy
:Ensure the growth of the business and be committed to the companys success
Requirements: The candidate will:
Have a minimum of three years management experience; automotive background very helpful
Hold a high school degree or comparable professional experience
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Possess accurate, thorough and proactive operation management skills and the ability to complete difficult assignments without direct supervision
Be people:oriented, customer focused and assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients
Have superior communication and time management skills with a strong work ethic
Have computer proficiency, preferably in Microsoft Office programs
