Responsible for interviewing applicants, creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruiting reports, attending job fairs, maintaining accurate record retention files, and other administrative duties. Excellent follow:up and documentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Candidate must be familiar with appropriate state and federal laws and all PCH/Marriott policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Superior hospitality skills and in:depth knowledge of the hotel industry are required. Interacts with associates in a courteous and efficient manner. Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
