Job Description:Description Talent Acquisition Assistant Job Summary Works closely with a team of recruiters managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships to support the daily Human Resources operations functions for a call-center facility. Key Job Responsibilities * Managing Human Resource front desk (rotation) with regards to hiring of candidates & HR visitors * Updating candidate records, job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new for orientation * Scheduling interviews and phone screens * Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging interviews for visiting candidates * Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting * Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials to candidates @ front desk * Background Audit (rotation) & organization (bgs hole-punched in binders) * Hiring of candidates every class (Monday) * I9 Documentation * Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency * Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed Other Related Duties Other assigned duties include performing tasks related to: * Background checks * Drug testing * Dispositions in Taleo for strategic accounts * File management for strategic accounts * Supporting open houses and assessments * Open requisitions.
