Job Description This position full-time position requires: attention to detail, keeping a calendar for multiple people, event planning, professional phone etiquette, customer service and problem solving skills. You need the ability to professionally compose a business letter, and interact with clients both on the phone and in-person. Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Only apply if you are competent in the Word, Excel, and Power Point. Due to the volume of daily emails and projects due, you will need to be a highly organized, mature, and self-disciplined person for this job; otherwise, this is not the position for you. This position is full time from August through April for 8 months of the year. It is ideal if you want the summer off with your kids or you want to travel in the summer, etc There are no health insurance benefits with this position.
