Job Description
General Position Summary:
Supervise all phases of store sales activities and employees to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently. Responsible for monitoring all store sales functions to conform to company policies and procedures. Knowledge and experience in the Auto Dismantling Industry, or auto parts sales experience.

Essential Functions:

1. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Team to ensure store is adhering to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Promotes a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant store for employees and customers.
2. Responsible for store housekeeping.
3. Work with all sales and production personnel to continually improve store results and execute company strategies.
4. Participates in the hiring, training, and proper delegation of sales personnel and scheduling work hours.
5. Monitors and evaluates job performance; trains and develops sales staff.
6. Communicates and implements policies and procedures; leads by example for the rest of the team.
7. Prepares sales reports and assigned tasks for the store.
8. Directs and participates in customer care functions.
9. Conduct weekly meetings with the sales staff to keep the team updated to maintain sales team enthusiasm, ensure a positive attitude, and to review key performance indicators.
10. Conducts coaching sessions, trains continually to improve the effectiveness of the selling model.
11. Ensures that all company policies, sales and marketing programs and merchandizing initiatives are current, communicated and implemented for management and the Retail Sales/Customer Service employees in a timely manner.
12. Ensure that all sales transactions and cash management procedures are in compliance with company policy.
13. Responsible for the overall safeguarding of company assets.
14. Promote a positive and fulfilling work environment.
15. Spends at least 85 of their time on the sales floor.
16. All other duties as assigned.
